Miami Diaper Bank serves 6 counties across South Florida with the help of our amazing community partners. If your organization serves low-income and homeless families with babies in diapers and you would like to become a partner organization, please complete the digital application form below and we will get back to you shortly.
*Please note that new organization applications will be reviewed yearly based on our capacity, application form submission, site visit evaluation and partner criteria ratings by our staff and followed by a Board of Directors vote. If you are accepted as a partner organization you will be notified in writing and annual partnership fee + an MOU’s are mandatory.
**Please note applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Some limitations may apply based on number of children served.
We allocate a certain number of diapers every quarter to support special events in the community which are designed to serve low-income children and families in South Florida with diaper need. If you complete this form to request diapers for your special event, please note it is a one-time request and we will only be able to provide diapers for the event if we have them available AND your organization meets all of the requirements outlined below.
